"We had a scare when we first arrived as they didn't have our name on the accomodation list. Luckily they realised that we had booked through the internet - it wasjust a momentary scare. The managers were absolutly terrific and very responsive in helping us book day trips. The staff were unobtrusive but effective. The pool was a great way for us to relax." - Anonymous
"The Management and staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and kept in good order. Car parking facilities in the hotel were very good for a City centre Hotel.

"Did not like the double fold out sofa bed in the family unit, these are invariably uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on.
Car parking was also at a premium with only minimal spaces available.
