"The [your website] advertisement for this hotel states that it has a health centre and swimming pool facility. It was extremely disappointing to discover that the use of the pool was not included in the daily rate and incurred an additional cost of AU$20 per day. It was not surprising to see the pool consistently empty. In addition, it was forbidden to bring any food or drink into the hotel - rather, order from their hugely overpriced restaurant menu that didn't provide much of a selection. What kind of regulation is this? This hotel seriously needs to re-evaluate their policies if they want to attract more long-term guests. " - Anonymous

"Great hotel for the price. Just a minute's walk from the tramline into the city. Only criticism is that the hotel restaurant and bar is a little overpriced but there's a great local restaurant over the road. Really good hotel and the pool, though small, is always available." - Katherine Batchelor

"There are no deignated no-smoking rooms although the room did not smell of smoke. The situation is close to modern tram link to old city visiter places and ferries/pleasure trips. Breakfast is taken round the indoor pool. I think the bar and dinning room have been sub-let. Reception staff extreemly helpful. " - Anonymous
