"Well appointed rooms, very friendly and efficient staff, good restaurant and room service. If I have any criticism, the air-conditioning was kept too low in public spaces and there are only two lifts sevicing 18 floors, which during busy times, led to long waits." - steve english
"It's a bit of a trek on foot to the nearest sky train or MTR from this hotel, but we picked it for it's nearness to Ekammai bus station which it was perfect for. It has a very good choice of international cuisine at breakfast with a nice swimming pool, clean basic/plain modernity in the rooms, and top quality crisp linen napkins in restaurants as opposed to paper napkins. Staff spoke good English and I'd definitely use it again. Understated quality all round." - Resi Harris

Disadvantage: the room I visited was a bit old espcially bathroom.
