"The food was very good but expensive. The girls behind the service desk and in the restuarant were not very nice at all, no smiles etc, they didnt tell us the specials of the day, we had to ask. They did not make us feel comfortable.
When we arrived at the airport and rang the hotel to be picked up the person on the phone was very rude, but the driver was very nice and carried our bags for us." - Anonymous

Jet Park Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, formerly known as Jet Inn Hotel, is situated 5 minutes from Auckland International Airport. It is an independently owned and operated Qualmark rated 4-Star hotel. The hotel was built 8 years ago with 90 rooms and then in July 2004 a further 45 new deluxe rooms were opened, in addition to this, we have now added another 45 deluxe rooms since July, bringing the total number of rooms here at the Jet Park Hotel to 170.
Jet Park hotel caters for both the corporate and leisure traveller. Our goal is to be much more than just an airport stop-over. Whether you are beginning or ending your travels with us, we want your experience to be memorable and enjoyable.
