"The location is good, many shops and restaurants around and just 5 mins walk to Karon Beach. The rooms are renovated and clean, except for the toilet but can be acceptable. Though the adult swimming pool is small, the other one which looks like a river is a playfull pool for family with kids, i will choose the pool access room next time. "The resort was lovely but in the first room we stayed in the shower would not empty out and had to be sorted out by maintenance also remote control did not work. The other room rented the basin continually blocked up, the toilet also stopped flushing away. General maintenance was an issue for the resort. If it was not for this basic problem on maintenance and plumbing this would be a fantastic hotel" - Joy Warren
"We really enjoyed our stay at Kata Palm Resort and Spa (there was no spa actually, however). The service was particularly excellent. The included breakfast was very nice and again, good service. There restaurant however was not especially good. The room was nice, very clean and spacious. " - Anonymous
