"The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only time we had an issue was our first night when many young people made a lot of noise up until 0300. The staff did try to quieten them but with little success. They booked out the next day. My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear what people were saying and hear their TV very clearly. I guess they could hear ours as well. Would stay there again as very central." - carolyn walters
