"Clean, well-run hotel on a quiet back street just off a nondescript arterial road. Helpful staff and pleasant outside sitting area with supercilious ginger cat! Wide choice of food for breakfast but mostly only of average quality. Excellent pizzeria just round the corner that is very popular with the locals - always a good sign. Great for access to the A4 Turin/Venice autostrada and Monza Autodromo. Would have no hesitation in staying here again." - Chris Page

The La Residenza Hotel is located in an extremely tranquil setting, sheltered from city chaos yet at the same time a short distance away from all major places of interest in Milan. The hotel lies in the "Affori" area in the North of Milan, about 20 minutes away from the Duomo, which is easily reachable by public transport.
Hotel La Residenza is in a privileged position to get to the Milan Fair, either its historic site located downtown, Milan Fair City, or the Fair's new site at Rho – Pero.
If you take the metro trains at the Affori stop, located only 5 minutes by car from the hotel, you then get off at Cadorna and take subway red line number 1 going to Rho Pero. Get off at the Fiera stop, and you will be at the Milan Fair City, however if you continue to the end of the line you will reach the new center at Rho – Pero.

From the airport of Milan Malpensa take the "Malpensa Express" train, that frequently comes every 30 minutes that will take you to the Bovisa station at the price of € 9.00 only. The station is 1.5 km from the hotel - we suggest to travel by taxi to get to our "La Residenza which will cost approx 8 €, "

From the Central Station to the Hotel La Residenza: take the yellow line of the underground to the Maciachini final station, then the bus n. 46, 70 or 52 ask the driver for the Via Pellegrino Rossi /Via Vignati stop. From Central Station to hotel, it will take approx 20 to 25 minutes.
Walk to the end of Via Vignati, approx 200 metres and turn left into Via Scialoia - the Hotel La Residenza is on your right, after the Church.
