"4 star but lacks ambience. Poor room facilities, breakfast chaotic and some rooms badly positioned as rubbish collectors in the morning can be very noisy. Staff average - reception poorly manned, doorman and baggage clerk non- existant. Breakfast of average quality. Do not recommend stopping here again." - Ian Knowles

It is a large Hotel so if you are looking for more boutique style then I wouldn't recommend it.
