"Vanity light is broken so is the head lamp on top of the bed. No A/C. Bath tub was not cleaned thoroughly as there were few strands of curly hair on the tub. The power shower itself is good though. " - Anonymous

"I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It was exactly to expectations.
Twin room was clean, bathroom was fine, hot water with high pressure was available, personell was helpful.
Hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk from tube station and about 15 mins walk from V&A, Science and Natural History Museums.
We were allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby after checkout. In general, everyone was really helpful with info and everything.
Breakfast was fine. Decent quantity and quality. Only problem was the limited seating available, which meant that people had to queue for breakfast, which is not the ideal way to begin your day, especially when on holiday and when pressed with time (we didn't have to, though). But then again, I was there over the weekend, so maybe it's better during weekdays.
