"It’s in a good location, within an easy walk to both buses and tube.
Was a bit noisy on Saturday night.
The breakfast was OK but the kitchen staff are really disorganised.
They ask you to set a time for breakfast, and then do not make people stick to it. This resulted in lots of confusion and waiting to be seated as they do not have a lot of tables. We would however stay again." - Ron Connor

"What a wonderful Hotel. Great location just off the main road, avoiding the traffic noise and approx 400 metres from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Only a 15 minute walk to Marble Arch and the tube station is close too.
A very friendly and exceptionally clean hotel.
