"This hotel is in just about the best location in Granada, the only drawbacks were 1) Access to parking ( although this is a common problem with city hotels in Spain ) and 2) The staff were not as helpful as staff in other hotels we stayed at. "Very friendly staff at this hotel. The rooms are basic but clean - quite small but you don't go on holiday to stay in your room all day, do you? The ony complaint I have is with the breakfast - the milk was sour on two occasions, the bread very hard (sometimes stale) and much of the fruit bruised. Still, there were lots of snacks and biscuits that we took to see us through our day. A great location and great service means this comes highly recommended." - Anonymous
