"Clean, renovated, but... the airconditioner is shocking - it goes from very cold to a dead stop, then when the temperature becomes unbearably hot, it starts blowing like mad till it gets cold again... Staff polite but never do what you ask of them. Bringing luggage into the room took 2 hours after countless calls to reception... I've asked for a couple of teabags... they never arrived...
Although breakfast is aplenty.
No gym, not very flexible staff with small requests... Who gave them all those stars? There are so many nice hotels in Bangkok...Disappointing" - Anonymous
