"Excellent location close to Oxford Street, clean and tidy professional staff, nice bar with a great selection of cocktails - bit pricey but expected. Nice sized rooms (it is London) well furnished. All in all an excellent stay." - Kerry Hogan
"Interesting design - maybe a bit too much, with all those fancy colors and fabrics you see now everywhere - well positioned close to Oxford Street but away from noise and hustle, good service. Rooms well designed but without some of the facilities one expects from a 4-star hotel - no minibar, no heated towel rail in the bathroom, no tea/coffee making facilities. Good experience overall." - Adrian Blanck
"my only disappointment was no tea and coffee in the room - a minor thing I know but i would have appreciated a cuppa first thing in the morning.
Breakfast service was slow on the first day but completely different on the second and much better and as I had expected. Would definitely stay again." - Graham Finn
"Nice cozy boutique hotel with cool restaurant and bar. Petite rooms are small but ok for single. Location is perfect for shoppers with close proximity to Oxford Street, Bond Street and Selfridges. Service was excellent, have asked for several things from house keeping and room service and were delivered to room straight away. Would definitely go back again." - Anonymous
