"the hotel room was large and very modern and clean. The balcony overlooked a neighbouring hotel and no views available. The walls were not soundproof and could hear the couple next door. No room service 24hrs but good menu of CBD willing to deliver food to hotel room. Pool was not heated as advertised however spa was amazing on the 15th floor with views of the CBD. The spa and pool were hardly used by guests and the gym was well equipped also with views. Room service was prompt and reliable. Hotel takes credit card for pre-charge of any consumables in the room which wasnt ideal when the room had been paid in full in advance. The location is perfectly located to the centre of the city with trams conveniently located outside the front of the hotel. Shopping facilities, direct factory outlets, docklands, crowne casino, flinders square and southern cross station all within walking distance as is the yarra river.
