"The location, for visitors to Melbourne city, is perfect. Trams on the doorstep and a station nearby and only a couple of easy walking kilometres to the centre of the city. Since refurbishment this motel is very good. The staff could be more welcoming and the parking spaces are too narrow, badly laid out and too few. It only takes one selfish idiot to park badly and two spaces are lost. The multi-storey section has no lift, for a five floor motel this is inadequate. The area is noisy at night but not unbearably. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. In summary, great location, good value for money, but find a parking spot and leave your car in it or you may lose it and have to park outside on Park Street(!)." - John Skillington
