"Upon arriving, my girlfriend struggled up the stairs with her bags whilst the doormen seemed disinterested. Upon checking in, (15 minutes after check in time no less) I was told we'd have to wait for another hour before checking in. It had taken us some 6 hours to commute from Siem Reap and they seemed disinterested in helping us. Management found a room for us on a non smoking floor which smelt like smoke. I found the staff relatively unfriendly and uninterested. Coming from Thailand and Cambodia, the hospitality was left wanting. I would like not stay at this hotel again." - Jeffrey Miller

"The hotel location is in the middle of the shopping area and too few steps from the monorail station and is really clean and the rooms are big. The only comment is about the PCs for accessing the Internet, they are old and slow and unstable. To send a single email it took me quite a time as the computer was freezing and I had to restar several times. Driving directions from KLIA airport:
Go into Kuala Lumpur/Seremban Highway and head towards Kuala Lumpur city. Exit to Jalan Pudu. After 1.5km, turn right into Jalan Imbi. Hotel is located 100 meters from the junction, directly opposite Times Square and beside the Jalan Imbi Monorail Station.
Monorail:
Easy access to Imbi Monorail Station which is just right in front of the hotel. It takes about 12 minutes by monorail from the main train station, KL Sentral. KL Sentral is accessible within 28 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) by Express Rail Link (ERL).
