"Very close and convenient to both Paddington rail and tube stations. Breakfast delivered right to the door and always a friendly greeting when I arrived or left. The bathrooms are very clean and even with a full house I never had to wait for a shower or toilet. The stairs are killer if you have a big bag though, so take advantage of the help they offer. The hotel allows guests to leave their baggage at the reception for late departures. The reception is open 24 hrs, and the staff offer a personalized and friendly service and Free Breakfast!!!
