"Customer Service was excellent, staff was more than helpful. Location was away from everything but the resort itself was great, need to catch taxi for supermarket, however the hotel was surrounded by beautiful restuarants with great food and service. Our only complaint would be the cleaniness of the resort. When we came in it was fine but the daily when we asked to MAKE our room it was still uncleaned. They did not replace our shampoo or even valcum the place, the bed wasnt made up properly. Not acceptable for a five star resort." - Anonymous

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, the staff are warm and welcoming. The grounds and pool are manicured and extremely well thought out, especially the children's pool area. We don't have children but could still appreciate the care and details that has gone into the design. Nothing more could have been provided for us. Peppers Pier Resort is located 3 hours drive north of Brisbane - with the turn off located at the Maryborough exit from the Bruce Highway.
Hervey Bay Airport is a ten minute drive from the Resort, and is serviced by a number of domestic airlines from various Australian Captital cities - we can arrange transfers if required.
Hervey Bay is also serviced by Queensland Rail's tilt train, including bus transfers from Maryborough train station to Hervey Bay. |
