"Carpets absolutely filthy and ripped, dish washer filter clogged with fat and debris,washing machine screen and soap dispenser filthy, oven grill dirty. Vacum cleaner bag full and had not been emptied.Down light globe in kitchen blown, general furniture dinning table lounge ect poor. Fox movie channel flickers at times and cuts out." - Edward Ferraro
