"Punt Hill North Melbourne is a block of well maintained older style apartments. Relatively low cost close to the city (particulalry the childrens hospital but also the Queen Victoria markets and the central city. Units are spread over 4 levels and there is no lift. Our unit was on the top floor and as our group included elderly people and potentially elderly visitors this was a problem. Air conditioning is limited and open windows at night allow in a significant amount of street noise. Otherwise good. " - Anonymous

"Excellent staff + excellent services provided. Heating system installed was the best. Close to Flemington Road, easy to access Airport and down town city. No lift available, have to walk up & down this 3 story building, not too convenient to aged visitors.
