"In general comparison to other Hotels we have stayed at(for $200 a night!) i found the whole experience to be extremely average and expected MUCH more for our money.No breakfast,enough sugar to make 2 coffees in our room,no reception at night.Very disappointing.
May i also note that i am also a retail assessment officer so do know what to expect.

"The service was excellent. We arrived before 8am and were able to put our luggage in the luggage store with assistance from the lady at the reception desk. She was very helpful in explaining the way the hotel operates, offering us the use of a trolley, calling us a cab to the airport and ensuring the room was ready asap.
