"We were really happy with the One and a half bedroom apartment we booked for a weekend in Wellington...handy for a couple travelling with one other. We arrived at 4.30pm and Reception were very helpful, but be aware that they are out of there by 5pm. Not sure what would have happened if we had been delayed. However there is a swipe card to go in and out of the building after hours. Small dairy next door, which was handy. Our apartment had a very small balcony with iron rails(which was a bit scary), overlooking the Motorway. Noise didn't worry me, but some people may find the drone of traffic annoying. Apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. I think they have been refurbished. Close to city centre and we had a late checkout at no extra charge. Staff were always really helpful and friendly. Our refurbishment consisted of a complete redecoration of all our 49 apartments which entails BRAND NEW beds, LCD flat screen T.Vs, a stunning leather furniture package, carpet and coats of paint.
With our central location within the CBD we are ideal for both the corporate and leisure traveler with direct access to Lambton Quay, shopping, not to mention a 5 minute walk to the Historic Cable Car and other Wonderful Wellington Attractions including the Wellington Harbor.

From the airport, head into the city and once traveling up Vivian Street turn right onto The Terrace and we are 2 KM's on your left. |

If coming after Reception Hours, Please collect your keys from the Lock Box (Safe Box) by Punching in C0407X & turning the knob anti-clockwise. Located in the right hand corner at the entrance to the Hotel. |
| Car Parking: |
We have limited car parking with-in the building at $12.50 per night which needs to be requested DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL. Alternatively there is metered parking available around the building with a very large car park behind the hotel. |
