"Good value, handy location and the breakfasts were enjoyed by the whole group." - Gary Murison
"Staff provide good customer service in all areas. Restaurant Supv is very friendly and helpful. Desk staff also very helpful.
Tiling in bathrooms is very shoddy, however water pressure to showers and flushing is surprisingly good. Bed mattresses pretty hard but wont affect those who have had busy day shopping and just want to collapse. Housekeeping staff are good and efficient - nothing is too much trouble!
Location is perfect for lady shoppers as is on corner of Tsim Sha Tsui's busiest ladies clothing shopping street. Very easy access from HK Airport by A21 bus which stops outside door and takes an hour; buses run every 15 mins. Hotel not on Free Hotel Shuttle bus route from Kowloon Airport Train station Great Buffet breakfast available. Plenty of places to eat nearby including all fast food oulets. Would recommend Ramada if you are on a tight budget and just want a nice and convenient place to stay." - ron knight
"[Your website] provided excellent pricing compared to any other online providers. Upon arrival the reservation was as requested and there were absolutely no surprises. Highly recommend!
The hotel itself was not impressive (I guess in this case you really do get what you pay for). The rooms, although relatively clean, were claustrophobically small. I would pass on the breakfast buffet. The food was well below average." - Robert Merlin
"Bed was very hard as I believe all are in China. Doona (Duvet) did not actually fit the bed. There was a spare so my husband and I had one each in a king size bed. Food was actually better here than some other hotels. Tea making facilities virtually non existent. There was a kettle and we had to ask for cups. We went out and bought tea bags and milk at a 7/11. Actually I would stay there again in preference to Miramar which was supposedly better. The main reason being the food. Hotel and views no where near as glamorous as Miramar but comfort wise we preferred it." - Margaret Sleigh
