"Fantastic location with amazing view directly onto boiling mud pools & Pohuto Geyser. Breakfasts were very good and staff helpful & friendly. Negatives are that the lack of landscaping at front of hotel gives it a poor impression from the main road and the swimming pool was a bit small and not best situated." - Andrew Wiseman
