"Whilst the hotel was fine in most respects - the air conditioning was truly bizarre. The temperature in the room was frigid and required that we wear a pullover in our room in the evening! Adjusting the thermostat had no discernible effect. Although I advised reception after the first night and was promptly sent assistance - the chap only spoke broken English and the assistance offered was ineffective. In the end I switched off the air conditioning and the room temperature became acceptable." - Anonymous
