"We rented this room because we wanted to be able to make some of our meals in the room since due to having our young daugther with us. The kitchen were well equiped with most things we needed. The things that people should be aware of before renting rooms here are that they expect you to leave the room in the same situationa as when you arrived, i.e. you should hoover the floors, clean the bathroom and take of the bed sheets, if not they add an extra 45 euro to your bill (this would probably be ok as long as it did not come as a "surprice" after having checked-in). The main things lacking in the kitchen were soap and something to use for washing dishes. They also expect you to buy your own toalet paper when needed (small issue that I think they anoy people with). But all in all it was an OK place to stay since we wanted to have the possiblity to make our own meals." - Anonymous
"The residence is clean and well equipped. It is a 5 mins walk to the train station and Cannes main shopping area, and 5-10 mins walk to the beach. The Staff are very friendly and speak English. In general, the residence is a very good deal for its category." - Anonymous
