"Most of the staff are absolutely lovely - we had the odd staff memeber working late hours at the desk who werent that helpful, but overall i would say most of the staff were fantastic. The room cleaners were extremely friendly and sweet. The facilities were nice - i would definetely recommend the Royal Wing, rather than the Paradise wing, which is a bit outdated. Location wise, its good for shopping, and its relatively close to the beach, and close to Bangla road too. There is a shuttle at the hotel to the beach which is convenient enough. " - Anonymous
"Only comment I have is that the bath itself looked a little tired but other than it is a great location. First time we have stayed at the hotel even though our 4th time to Phuket and would defiantly look at staying there in the future" - scott kingman
