"A new hotel converted out of a shop house terrace building. The place is overpriced for the minimalist service on offer and a long way along Jomtein beach road for those looking for Pattay 'action'. Luckily a beach view room was available albeit at almost twice the price booked on RatesToGo so that made up for an otherwise low grade hotel. Saw some of the cheaper rooms there (600baht low season) which were smaller than my broom closet. Other than the seas view all other balcony rooms have nothing to view. Small pool looked dirty and unused and very unappealing. Sat TV has 50 channels of next to nothing worth watching. Free wi-fi in small lobby only. Would stay again if they reduced rates oitherwise better places to go." - Anonymous
"A nice, clean hotel with big rooms and friendly staff. Only a stone's throw from the beach, but quite a trek to/from Pattaya downtown, so more suitable for beach bums than those visiting for the Pattaya nightlife. We booked for 5 days and ended up staying 2 weeks." - Simon Booth

"very good value for money, right across from the beach. Staff lovely. Basic but adequate. Fresh bedding and towels nearly every day. A bit out of the way, right at the end of Jomteine Beach, but easy enough to jump on the 'bus' (pick ups with padded benches along each side) Only cost 10baht each, along the beach front into the hustle and bustle. 20baht each to go to Pattaya beach. 1) Take a taxi : It takes about 1.5 hour from Bangkok Airport and costs arround 1,500- 2,200 Bahts (40-60 $) to get to the hotel.
2) Take Airconditioned Bus : It takes about 2-2.5 hours and cost arround 100 Bahts ($ 3) per person. Then you walk 80 meters from Pattaya Bus Terminal to the hotel. |
