"The hotel is extremely well located with views over the beach and ocean. The rooms also have small balconies with table and chairs.
There are facilities to prepare and keep food.
Good value." - Brian Blake
"Asked for an early check in, but 1 room wasnt available until late in afternoon, and our bags were left in lobby next to internet kiosk and out of site of reception. Room service arrived at 5.00pm on one day and then complained as we were showering to go out for dinner and they had to wait. Also heard another guest complaining as he wanted to check in at 5.00pm and his room wasnt ready. Also rooms were too small for triples, that they advertised. Also a common complaint with other hotels as well, if you book a couple of rooms, months in advance, why can they never have them on at least the same floor?" - Anonymous
"Room was 'well used' but functional. View from 7th floor room was fantastic. Location is noisy - at intersection of busiest street in town, but close to good restaurants and of course the fabulous beach!" - Anonymous
"Hotel is in a great position-just across the road from the beach. Restaurants (with plenty of choices)-movies and shops 200 metres away in the other direction. The train station is approx 750 metres away and easy to access (it takes about 1 hour to reach the city of Sydney). When booking tell reception that you would like breakfast and the price drops approx A$5.00. I would stay there again and the staff are great. " - John Milne
