"We booked a special package whereby we are supposed to get a bottle of wine on arrival and full breakfast for two.
Upon arrival, our room weren't ready on time - check in time was 2pm. We have to asked for the wine, was brought up to our room.
There were no pen or paper in the room when I received a mobile call had nothing to write on.
As we just fallen asleep,woken up by sounds of water coming from the bathroom - found out that there were water pouring down from the air conditioning duct and over the bathroom light. We rang the desk and was told that someone will be coming up to check. No one turned up and no one even bothered asking if there is everything was all right. The water poured down for nearly half and hour. Not impressed." - Anonymous
"I thought the hotel was lovely, the room was nice and the indoor pool was beautiful. What I didnt like was the fact that our original room had people in it when we went back to complain it was hard getting service not friendly service either. I felt the front desk let the hotel down." - Anonymous
"Excellent stay for a [your website] price! Food (which was extra) was simply delicious and wonderfully cooked. Kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful, although reception staff could do with a smile or two. Very spacious room with big beds(!!!) and a spa, and very clean :) Had a room with a very good view too! Altogether a very enjoyable stay...wish we had time to stay longer!" - Felicia Pang
