San Mateo is a an elegant 4.5 star Mediterranean style medium rise 8 level buiding with 22 apartments consisting of one bedroom, one bedroom plus studio and two bedroom penthouse apartments.
All apartments are airconditioned and most have ocean views. One bedroom apartments have a queen bed and fold out sofa bed, 2xBedroom Family apartments have a queen bed and two single beds and penthouse apartments vary but some have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed while others have a queen and two single beds. All apartments are fully self contained. The modern full size kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, bench oven, hotplates and grill. The laundry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour remote control television with free Foxtel is available in all apartments. All linen, bath towells, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk are supplied.
Centrally located 1 block back from the patrolled beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach promenade to the shopping centres and cafes. Also handy to Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre. |

San Mateo on Broadbeach is on the corner of Old Burleigh Road and Second Avenue, Broadbeach. If travelling south turn off Gold Coast Highway at Second Avenue. Travelling north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right into Queensland Ave, take a left turn into Surf Parade and then a right turn into Second Avenue then left into Old Burleigh Road. |
