"Fantastic location, within two blocks of Queens street, and at the heart of Auckland, where the tower and casino reside. The hotel is also handsomely appointed, with beautiful decor and modern amenities. The spaciousness and sleekness is immediately apparent, from the smart uniforms to choice of furnishings, paintings and colors.
Rooms facing the harbor has nice views of the tower as well. The room is also nicely decorated and decently spacious, with modern furniture and equipments.
Its across the street from the older Skycity hotel, and the casino. The casino is pretty much 24 hours operation, so its a convenient place for food or drinks, when everyelse is closed (early too!)

Auckland's international and domestic airports are located 23 kilometres from the central city. Allow yourself 45 minutes travel to/from SKCYITY Hotel. A taxi or airport shuttle, is readily available outside the arrivals lounge at the airport. Alternatively contact Concierge for details or bookings.
Buses :
The Link Bus departs every 15-20 mins from Victoria St and provides a free service within the central Auckland circuit.
Buses to all other areas are available from Victoria St or outside the Sky Tower for approx $2-4 per trip.
