"Very impressed with my deluxe room. I found reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. It's not in the centre of Perth but with the buses stopping outside the door it's only a 5 minute ride into city centre and is in a nice location. Perth has an excellent public transport system, the city buses are free and run every 10-15 minutes. The meals available in the restaurant are of a good quality. " - Robyn Newstead
"We booked this hotel as they offered a 'Family Room' - we have a 5yo and a 1yo (who we put in our own portacot). Turns out the 'family room' was the same size as the other rooms, except with a queen and 2 singles in it - we had no room at all, we had to push the 2 singles up against each other against the wall (which meant we were unable to use the airconditioner which was at bed height) to allow just enough room for the portacot.
I also presume that a 'bonus' of the room if that you are able to sit on the toilet anfd brush your teeth at the basin at the same time - there was very little room in the bathroom, although the bathroom was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.
The room lacked any character - in fact it reminded me of a hospital room as the walls were white and the doonas on all of the bed were also white - i think they must share the linen with the hospital next door (although come to think of it it is a private hospital and MUCH nicer!)" - Anonymous
"Plusses were the friendly staff, free internet and the free bluecat bus that stops outside the hotel. The only negative would be the expensive pricing of the restaurant for the food received. " - john crompton
"A bit dated. Room contained a single bed as well as a double which made the room slightly cramped.
But ideal location to be near Perth city centre as free bus stop just outside hotel." - Anonymous
