"Our stay at the Vatican Garden Inn Rome was very nice. We had a great room, and I really mean great, and were easy walking distance to the Vatican. It is close to metro stops and great food and shopping. The free breakfast was outstanding and quite filling. The staff was great, specifically Paul at reception. He made sure that our stay was comfortable, provided great travel tips, and helped us extend our stay at the same low rate. When our reservations ran out, and we still wanted to stay an additional couple days, he contacted several similar hotels for us and got us a room at almost the same low rate. Considering most of the rooms in the area cost an average of twice as much as we paid, we were happy. Great service, I cannot complain." - Joel Shrader

"After coming to hotel it appeared that was no room for us, because of their technical difficulty. They found us room in another hotel by similar standard. Everything was fine except kind of transport to another hotel. That was tiny, dirty car driven by young, drunk barman." - Anonymous
