"Nice and clean rooms, some with harbour views. Breakfast ist served on a veranda with nice views. Personal are very helpful and this hotel is perfect if you want to discover Sydney on foot. You can leave your car in the undercover parking area and walk over the Harbour Bridge or take a ferry. " - Udo Oertel

"I found the shower not comfortable to use. The shower screen not effective as water sprays out onto bathroom floor. Perhaps the hotel has some insulation problems as we could hear when guests in adjoining rooms showered or used the bathroom. The staff very helpful over the phone in providing me with parking directions to the hotel's carpark before arriving. We had a room with a beautiful view of Lavender bay" - Anonymous
