La Grande offers air conditioned comfort in a choice of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. This elegant Mediterranean style complex is a medium rise building. Please note not all buildings in the complex have elevators.
All La Grande apartments are fully self contained with all the conveniences necessary for a self catering holiday. The decor, is in keeping with the 4 star AAA rating.
The standard bedding configuration in La Grande apartments is 1Q/2SGL (2Bed Apt), 1Q/4SGL (3Bed Apt). All apartments are serviced weekly or at other intervals by negotiation with management and all linen is provided in the apartments.

Please note, extra persons - adult or child - 5th guest in a 2Bed Apt, and 7th guest in a 3Bed Apt are charged at an extra $35.00 per night, with a rollaway bed provided.
School Leavers, unfortunately we do not have the policies, or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 22 Nov 2010 to 10 Dec 2010. If you still book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and NO refund given.

From Gold Coast Airport, drive north on the Gold Coast for approximately 20 minutes, turning right at Margaret Avenue opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Continue on Margaret Ave towards the beach, turning left onto Old Burleigh Road. Continue driving north through 2 roundabouts, until you reach the property.
From Brisbane Airport, drive down the Gateway Motorway, taking the Gold Coast exit which meets the Pacific Motorway. Continue on the Pacific Motorway for approximately 1 hour, taking Exit 77 to Gooding Drive. Drive east on Gooding Drive, which continues as Nerang-Broadbeach Road and then continues as Hooker Boulevard until you intersect with the Gold Coast Highway. Continue accross the Gold Coast Highway onto Margaret Avenue and drive towards the beach, turning left onto Old Burleigh Road. Continue driving north through 2 roundabouts, until you reach the property.

Please attend Reception to collect your apartment keys and check in. If arriving outside Reception hours please use the phone outside Reception area and you will be given instructions on hwo to access your apartment. Please attend Reception the following morning to check in.
Please note-a $300.00 credit card pre-authorisation OR $300.00 cash bond is required on check-in for security.
