I ordered a seaview room and they gave me a suite, very spacious, with two bathrooms, very clean and nice and with a good view. The mini-bar was full (even with instant noodles), we enjoyed our living there. Minus: No free Internet in the room, I had to buy 1 hour for HKD 40. The major disappointment came on checkout: when we asked to leave our luggage till the evening, the receptionists blatantly refused. Verbatim: "You can leave your luggage, but when you come back in the evening, you won't be able to take it because the luggage room will be locked". No reasonable explanation was provided. I was shocked and asked to speak to a manager. On a third request the manager came. She was nice and organized everything for us, but a question arises: why couldn't the receptionists try to help me from the very beginning instead of blatantly refusing to help?
