"Beautiful and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Friendly and efficient staff. The location is far from downtown Osaka, but this is not a problem if you have a JR pass: there is a train station just outside the hotel. If you intend take a flight at Kansai Airport this hotel is a great option: it is only 10 minutes far from the airport by a free shuttle. " - Joao Rech
"Only worthwhile if you need an overnight stay near Kansai airport. Good free shuttle service. The hotel has spectacular views but the windows are not soundproofed and so traffic noise is apparent." - Anonymous
"Staff were very helpful. Is a five minute (hotel) bus trip from Kansai International Airport, and the train station is behind the hotel. The location is central for travel either clockwise on the train line towards Osaka or anticlockwise towards Wakayama, Ise, or Nagoya." - Anonymous
