"The location itself is good, but there is a bar just outside the hotel (not owned by the hotel) which is very very noisy. It only opens at about 10pm and goes on until at least 3am, so I had four sleepless nights there . . . I was not happy. A request to change rooms was denied, which given there were empty rooms, was not good customer service. Don't go there to rest and relax, or take very good earplugs, or make sure you don't have a room at the front. Breakfast was a disappointment and very mediocre. Even the bread rolls were not the traditional crusty Italian type I have fallen in love with elsewhere. I will not return. A shame really, it has great potential, and is very central." - Anonymous
