"Good hotel, Quiet at this time of year, probably equivalent to 3 star, Breakfast buffet expanded continental, No leisure facilities at hotel, Good public regular transport, bus and metro every 4 - 8 minutes, 30 minutes to centre & 60 minutes to airport by bus and metro." - Stephen Hulme
"This hotel was great on arrival. But on further inspection, you can tell they have spent most of thier renovation budget on the lobby. The rooms were average size, but the main problem were with the cost cutting which was evident. Curtains didnt close all the way along the windows. Windows looked 50 years old, and let wind through. No fridge. Beds short and very uncomfortable. Shower head was old and water escaped through broken seals. All of this was the same story in the other room we had booked. And the free breakfast was by far the worst breakfast i have ever eaten. apart from this, the service was fine. But what do you pay money for?? Service? Quality? or both? And to help your decision, we were staying in standard rooms. I wouldnt recommend this room type as an option." - Anonymous
"We had a standard room for a special price (accordiing to a 3-star hotel), so other rooms may be better because it's a big hotel (290 rooms). Our room had no aircondition so it was very warm. Further: the room was very small, had only 1 chair, cheap furniture (bed small and cracky, thin matras) etc. Breakfast was sufficient, but simple: for example no scrambled eggs, no fish, no fresh fruit (only pieces of oranges). Staff was very helpfull despite the chaos of 9 arriving busses. Conclusion: good 3-star hotel, but certainly not a 4-star hotel." - Anonymous
"air conditioning was not working- room was clean. Double bed was two single beds put together. Overall really good hotel" - Sarah Morgan
