"I had stayed here before and really enjoyed my stay but was a little disappointed to find staff a little unhelpful with my late check in (9pm). The room was nice, very clean but bed covers were starting to look a bit tired and unfortunatley that neon signs for the hotel where broken or only half working. Still enjoyed my stay but a shame service and maintenance have slipped." - Anonymous
