"Overall, we loved this hotel. It was quite beautiful, very quiet with the windows shut (which is possible since it has air-conditioning), and extremely convenient - a short block from the train station and the vaporetto stop, and only one vaporetto stop away from Piazzala Roma. "Nice hotel but it was actually run from a wee hotel just down the road. We had to go down to the other hotel for breakfast in a tiny wee room where you had to queue to get in and they pressured you to finish eating quickly as there were people waiting "We need your table". The welcome leaves a bit to be desired - they do not show you to your room or even bother to come to the hotel with you - they just open the door by remote control.
