Arden House is nestled in a grove of trees, 14km north of Dunedin on SH1 in close proximity to the bay, beautiful beaches & walk to NZ's tallest tree next to the ecosanctuary to be opened in the middle of the year. The ecosanctuarywill consist of more than 300 hectares of New Zealand forest with native flora and threatened birds.There will be walks and tours for people of all ages and a variety of interests.
Our home has the ambience of yesteryear but also the comforts of today Enjoy the sight and sound of native birds while savouring a quiet evening by the fire or whilst enjoying a generous breakfast. Broadband service available. We share our 3.5 acres with Lady Jane,very friendly cocker spaniel hens & sheep
