"Didn't check in till 10pm and first room I had wasn't ready..bed unmade, kitchen dirty. Didn't think front desk handled that well. They asked me to wait until they checked with housekeeping....at 10pm, I dont want to be kept waiting until someone verifies what i already see, i just want another room.
