"Being (apparently) the first [website] booking for this hotel, there were some problems upon check-in which were resolved satisfactorily & amicably the following morning.
The room was large and decorated in a modern & pleasing way, and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was a buffet (no hot food) of toast, pastries, yogurts, cereals & hard boiled eggs with juice/coffee etc. Small but well presented; though limited if you can't eat wheat!
My room was one of two downstairs (lower ground), and I was luckily so tired that the footsteps etc from reception above did not disturb my sleep.

WALKING DIRECTIONS
From Victoria Train or Railway Station - 5 minutes walk- cross Buckingham Palace Road, turn left, walk down the road until you reach Victoria Coach station, turn right into Elizabeth Street, walk up the street until you reach Ebury street, cross the road, turn right, the hotel will be on your left hand side.
FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT
BY UNDERGROUND - Piccadilly Line to Barons Court Station. From Barons Court Station take the District Line to Victoria Station.
BY CAR - Take the M4 motorway onto the A4 to Hyde Park corner. Follow signs for Victoria and Vauxhall Bridge. On Vauxhall Bridge Road, turn right into Wilton Road for Belgrave Road.
BY BUS - "AIRBUS A1" - Victoria Station to Heathrow Airport. First bus leaves Victoria at 6.30am daily. Then every 15-20 minutes until 5.10pm.
