"Found the hotel staff exceptionally efficient, helpful and courteous at all times. The hotel was comfortable, our room was sufficient and the bathroom brilliant after a long day trotting round grand place. Having said that, we paid a very good tarrif for the hotel via the website.

"This hotel was located right in the heart of Brussels, surrounded by beautiful restaurants and next door to the Grand Place. My fiancee and myself found the staff to be extremely friendly, gladly presenting us with maps and written directions to the attractions we wanted to see.
