"We were totally impressed with the staff. From the moment we arrived, about 3 hours earlier than check-in, to the point when we realized we had to leave a day earlier than expected. The staff was professional and accomodating. We noticed a couple of problems with the room, they were taken care of the same day. The only negative was the location because it wasn't close to any of the sites we wanted to see. Next time we go back to Rome, I would not hesitate to stay there again." - Kenneth Gallo
