"We are requesting a total refund as the hotel did not have our rooms as confirmed. The hotel was under renovation and the rooms assigned were basically stark closets with two roll-aways. We had requested matrimonial beds in both rooms. The desk people (Hassam) were nice but unable to move us to what we had comfirmed. We left the next morning. Please have a representative contact me as our visa charges will be refused. We have all the documentation you will need. Do not stay at this hotel as the lobby is the only enviting element.
