"Maybe need more staff on at busy times as we had to wait a rather long time for general enquires at reception when big groups where checking in.
Would also be better if there was a coin operated machine for internet tickets rather than waiting to get a ticket from reception when it is busy.
Should not have a key deposit system for twin/ double rooms as is very inconvenient when checking in. Lockers are a very good idea for storing bags if room is not ready.
Overall very good, lots of great facilities and very handy for Wellington shops and points of interest and especially having airport bus stop just round the corner!
