"The place was cleaned but not maintained. For example, the sofa was grossly torn and the sink and bath in the toilet had stains. These are the results of poor maintenance. However, staff do their cleaning and the room is kept clean every morning." - jasmine goh
"1.When I checked into the room there are no towels ready. And I call housekeeping to bring in the towels, they say I will get it in 5min. but I waited for 15min and no show, I call again and I sound frustrated then only they send me the towels in less than 5min. Isn't that the towel should be ready when guest check-in?
2.Again, when I go swimming, the counter also run out of towel.
3.Sauna room is not working at all.

From Kuala Lumpur follow signs direction Kuantan. Pass through toll gates at Gombak and continue on the highway for approximately 20 minutes, passing through a tunnel and by-passing the exit of 'Kampung Bukit Tinggi'. Exit the highway at the next opportunity following the signs to 'Berjaya Hills'. Shuttle buses run twice daily from Berjaya Times Square in KL at RM 35 per person (return). Departure from Times Square are at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm. |
